The water washing and excellent biodegradability make it suitable for HACCP hygiene management. - The special air purge structure (patented) enables water washing of the drive shaft section. - Complete decomposition of the contact powder section is possible, suppressing bacterial growth caused by powder retention. - By changing the shapes of the extrusion blades, pressurizing blades, screens, and hoppers, it can accommodate a wide range of raw material properties. - The turntable material is made of resin, and by reviewing the mounting structure, the disassembly workability has been significantly improved. - The extrusion blades and pressurizing blades are directly driven by independent geared motors. With an inverter (optional), the rotational speed of each motor can be adjusted arbitrarily, allowing for compatibility with various materials, including heat-sensitive raw materials. - This is a high-power type (model BR-300FH) equipped with a motor one rank higher while maintaining the same granulator size. The pellet compost solution provided by Dalton's Powder Machinery Division can produce pellets that meet various requests and concerns, ranging from sizes of 30mm to a minimum of 3mm. By pelletizing, it leads to effective utilization of livestock manure that is difficult to dispose of, as well as improvements in the storage and transportability of fertilizers and compost. The "3mm" pellets made using Dalton's unique extrusion granulator are a size that is easy to accommodate with existing spreading equipment and can also be shaped into spheres with a granulator. They are easy to spread evenly and less likely to clog, making them highly versatile for smart agriculture applications such as spreading with drones and the latest equipment.
